Things to know
- Bookings must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance
- Please provide the following information at time of booking:
- Booking ID
- Customer name and WhatsApp Telephone Number
- Service date
- Service pick-up time and place
- Drop-off place
- Number of people and luggage
- Car type: Toyota Alphard (up to four seats) OR Toyota Hiace (up to eight seats), as selected
- Any other special requests e.g. oversized luggage, child seat requirements (surcharges apply)
- After you have made your booking request, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to your nominated email address. Please note this is NOT a final confirmation, as your desired date may not be available
- Please note: AS International Hire Co. will be in contact within 1–3 business days to confirm your booking and arrange a time with you directly
- Transfer is not confirmed until you have provided the above information to the provider at least 24 hours in advance
Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.
- Up to 1 day before your chosen date - 100%
- Up to 7 days after purchase - 100%
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before reservation date: no cancellation fees apply
- Cancellations within 24 hours of reservation date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
