- Course One: Premium grade fresh oysters from Merimbula served natural or with Caviar Oscietra and finger lime
- Course Two: Cured silver skin king fish served with a wasabi emulsion and fresh kiwi salsa, dressed with a yuzu ginger dressing and rainbow trout caviar. Served with crunchy lotus chips
- Course Three: Peking style charred duck breasts, served with black cabbage, young bamboo shoots, pickled Spanish onion and a tamarind jus (GF)
- Course Four: Tender-stem broccolini with black sesame and garlic chips (GF); Chargrilled asparagus with Luna XO sauce and charred hazelnut (GF)

- The dining dome is subject to availability. Your booking is not confirmed until you received an official email confirmation direct from Luna Lu
- A credit card will be required to secure your Dining Dome’s by Luna Lu reservation
- The duration of your reservation will be two hours. Failure to depart on time will incur a $500 penalty fee
- The dining dome will be exclusive to your group, throughout the duration of the booking
- Dietary requirements must be submitted via email to the restaurant at least 72 hours prior to your booking
- External decorations are permitted, however, a $200 cleaning fee applies if any external decorations/rubbish are left behind. No confetti is permitted
- No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the Dining Dome by Luna Lu
- Minimum two people per booking, maximum of ten
