Availability:

• Available: Friday & Saturday: Departs at 11pm; returns next day 10.15pm (approximately)
• Pick-up/Drop off point:
  • Parramatta: Corner of Argyle Street & Church Street, Parramatta NSW 2150 (Bus stop is 10 metres down Argyle Street from corner)
  • Haymarket: Corner of Darling Drive & Ultimo Road, Haymarket NSW 2000 (Bus stop is 50 metres down Darling Drive from corner)
• Please ensure you are at your pick-up location no later than the scheduled time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

Important:

• Exclusions: Additional food and drinks, and gratuities are not included.
• Any excess amount must be paid directly to the vendor(s)
• Please allow one whole day for this experience. This experience includes overnight travel from Friday to Saturday
• Meals are not included in this package. However morning tea (tea or coffee) will be provided at the Ski Hire stop. For lunch, there is a wide variety of food options at Perisher. For dinner, meals will be at your own expense. Food options are: McDonalds, Subway, Kebab takeaway (halal), Olivers (vegetarian), Indian takeway, Red Rooster and a service station
• This is not a guided tour. Guests will have up to 7.5 hours of unguided free time at Perisher to enjoy the snow
• Equipment is not included. Gear hire is at own expense and cannot be pre-booked. Payments must be made directly to the store at arrival
• Lift passes and gondola passes are not included. Pre-booking these passes is highly recommended to avoid disappointment
• Allocated seating is not available. Seating is based on a first-come, first-served basis
• This trip allows a maximum of one suitcase per passenger (no more than 7kg) and one small carry-on can be placed in the overhead compartment. Any carry-on that does not fit in the overhead compartment must be stored underneath the coach

• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues
• Minimum numbers apply for trip to proceed. If a trip fails to satisfy minimum numbers, it may be cancelled or rescheduled
