• Water-resistant clothing is provided for year-round comfort. Please wear casual clothing that you are happy to get wet
• There is a storage facility at the wharf for your belongings

Availability:

• Available every day: Sessions from 11am–4pm
• Not valid: Public holidays
• Meeting point: The Eastern Pontoon, Circular Quay, Sydney, NSW 2000. Guests must arrive 20 minutes prior to departure time or seats may be reassigned
• Bookings valid to 20 February 2025

Important:

• Exclusions: Food, drinks, and transfers. Onboard photos and merchandise are available for purchase (own expense)
• This tour travels into harbour waters, which may be choppy at times; taking motion sickness tablets is recommended
• Bookings are limited and subject to availability. Please book early to avoid disappointment

Terms & Conditions:

• Children must be a minimum height of 1.2 metres to ride. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian (18+)
• Valuables are not permitted on board the jet boat or vessel. Oz Jet Boating take no responsibility, and accept no liability, for any loss or damage of valuables
• Cruises are weather dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled at the discretion of Oz Jet Boating for passenger and crew safety
• All passengers acknowledge and agree, including any parent or guardian who is responsible and liable for explaining to a minor under their supervision, that all passengers ride at their own risk and that jet boating, and boating generally, is an inherently dangerous recreational activity and participation in the ride carries with it inherent risk, including the risk of personal injury or death
• Adult passengers must sign an Assumption of Risk Form prior to boarding, for themselves and for any minors in their care
• Health requirements: Passengers who are pregnant, or have back, neck, shoulder or heart conditions, or who have injuries and/or pre-existing conditions that may be aggravated by the ride are strongly advised not to ride the jet boat or vessel. If they ride, they agree to do so at their own risk
• All guests must wear a lifejacket. The adult life jacket is rated to carry a maximum weight of 150 kilograms. All passengers greater than 150 kilograms are strongly advised not to ride the jet boat or vessel

Cancellation:

• Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours prior to departure or full payment will be due and no refund will be given
• Late arrivals and no-shows are not entitled to a refund
• If Oz Jet Boating need to cancel a ride due to inclement weather, or for any other reason, the ride will be rescheduled. If the ride cannot be rescheduled, or the passenger cannot attend an alternative ride, a refund will be provided

Changes to Booking:

• Reschedule requests received within 24 hours prior to departure will incur an A$25 fee per passenger.
• There are no reschedule options available within 3 hours prior to departure and refunds will not be provided in this case.

Please Note:

• Bookings for this offer are limited and subject to availability. Not valid with any other offer
• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
