• Available: Every Friday from 28 June – 30 August: Departs on Friday at 11pm (Parramatta) or 11.20pm (City); returns on Saturday at 9.50pm (approximately)

• Pick-up/Drop-off Point: Guests may choose one location

  • Haymarket: Corner of Darling Drive & Ultimo Road
• Please ensure you are at your pick-up location at least 20 minutes before departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

Important:

• Please allow one whole day for this experience. This experience includes overnight travel from Friday to Saturday
• Food and drinks not mentioned are not included. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
• This is not a guided tour. Guests will have up to 7.5 hours of unguided free time at Thredbo to enjoy the snow
• Equipment is not included. Gear hire is at own expense and cannot be pre-booked. Payments must be made directly to the store at arrival
• Lift passes and gondola passes are not included. Pre-booking these passes is highly recommended to avoid disappointment
• Allocated seating is not available. Seating is based on a first-come, first-served basis
• This trip allows a maximum of one suitcase per passenger (no more than 7kg) and one small carry-on can be placed in the overhead compartment. Any carry-on that does not fit in the overhead compartment must be stored underneath the coach

• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues
• Thredbo prohibits the use of toboggans and other miscellaneous snow sliding equipment that is associated with ‘snow play’

• Bookings can be rescheduled up to 7 days prior to departure, subject to availability
