- Bookings are essential at least 48 hours in advance
- After you have selected your calendar booking date, please email your booking confirmation to dine@baynine.com.au with your name, package name and selected date and time
- Should Bay Nine Omakase need to contact you regarding your reservation, they will do so via the email/phone number you have supplied upon making your booking
- Present printed or smartphone voucher upon arrival

- Up to 7 days after purchase - 100%
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours before reservation date: no cancellation fees apply
- Cancellations within 72 hours of reservation date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
Changes to Booking
72 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made. Only one change is permitted

- Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. Bay Nine Omakase abides by the RSA regulations and has the right to enforce them
- Dietary requirements: Omakase is dependent on seasonal produce and changes daily. This menu is a curated experience, so Bay Nine Omakase is unable to change the menu nor cater to specific dietary requirements. Food contains raw and cooked seafood, various shellfish, sesame, gluten, dairy and meat
