• Each ticket is valid for one person, but you can buy multiple tickets and cruise with family and friends

• Hot food and snacks are available for purchase onboard, payable directly to Sydney Event Cruises. Menu includes arancini, karaage chicken, dumplings, nachos, kids’ classic cheese toastie, and kids’ Glow Meal (cheese toastie, lolly bag, juice and glow stick)
• Requests for dietary (gluten-free, nut-free, dairy-free) substitutions and modifications of menus on board Sydney Event Cruises cannot be accommodated. All cruises have at least one vegetarian menu option. Sydney Event Cruises cannot guarantee that certain products or ingredients (halal, nuts, gluten, dairy, etc.) will not be present and explicitly accepts no liability in this regard. • Bookings close 24 hours prior to cruise departure time, unless booked out earlier. Customers forfeit their voucher if not redeemed within timeframe
• Valid for weekend or weekday as selected at the time of purchase – no changes permitted, please make your selection carefully
• Valid during Vivid Sydney festival only (23 May – 14 June 2025) only. Not valid for any other cruise date.
• Child rate applies for children aged 3–15. Children aged 2 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian aged 18+
• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. Sydney Event Cruises abides by the RSA regulations and has the right to enforce them
• Unruly, drunken, illegal or dangerous behaviour may, at the sole discretion of the operator, result in the immediate ejection of any and all passengers at the nearest permissible wharf area with no refund
• Onboard bar closes 15 minutes prior to cruise end time
• Acceptance of these terms includes a release to Sydney Event Cruises all rights to exhibit any images or recordings taken during this cruise, in print and electronic form publicly or privately and to market copies. Passengers waive any rights, claims or interest they may have to control the use of their identity or likeness in the photographs and agree that any uses described herein may be made without compensation or additional consideration of them
• Cruises proceed regardless of weather conditions unless otherwise decided by Sydney Event Cruises
• Minimum numbers apply for cruise to proceed. If a cruise fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
