• Please ensure your full name details at booking match your boarding pass information
• After you have made your booking request, you will automatically receive confirmation of your requested date (if available) to your nominated email address
• Provide a copy of your voucher and QR code to the reservations team for entry
• Staff will check the valid date on the voucher and ensure its details match the guest’s boarding pass

• Up to 3 days before your chosen date - 100%
• Up to 7 days after purchase - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 72 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

• Use of lounge is available for three hours prior to your departure flight, as per package selected
• Complimentary access applies for children under 2 accompanying a paying adult. Children aged 2 years old or above will be charged as adults
