• Tickets for all guests are available on a first-come-first-served basis. Tickets are subject to availability
• Tickets will be issued by Luxury Escapes within three months of your selected travel date, if your travel date is within three months your tickets will be issued within seven days of purchase
• The Physical ticket or e-ticket must be presented and scanned for entry into the parks
• Tickets will be issued for the date selected upon purchase, please select your date carefully, exchanges and refunds are not available

• Swim masks are not permitted inside Adventure Cove Waterpark. However, basic swim goggles and baby-aiding floatation devices are permitted. Flotation devices for adults and life jackets for adults and children are available free of charge in the waterpark
• Lockers are available for rent at an additional surcharge (own expense)

• In the event of inclement weather, all outdoor attractions will be suspended for guest safety
• Most water attractions are physically demanding, and are not recommended for expectant mothers
• No outside food and drinks will be permitted
• Please note Adventure Cove Waterpark tickets are date-specific. Confirmed tickets cannot be cancelled, refunded, or amended under any circumstances
• All children under 13 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian aged 18+

Cancellations:

• Tickets are not transferable and must be used by the same person throughout the day. Tickets sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, even in cases of inclement weather

Changes to Booking:

• Changes to tickets are not available
