  • After you have made your booking request, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to your nominated email address. Please note this is NOT a final confirmation, as your desired date may not be available

  • On arrival, please make your way from the arrival/customs hall and head to the Tour Managers Fiji office, where you will be greeted and escorted to your waiting vehicle

  • Meeting Point: Tour Managers Fiji Desk, through the customs hall on your left as you proceed towards the exit
  • Transfer will depart as soon as all passengers that are arriving on the same flight have all checked in at the office
  • Valid for the transfer location selected at the time of purchase only — please make your selection carefully
  • Maximum wait time for a transfer is one hour. Late arrivals exceeding one hour and no-shows will void offer and no refunds apply
  • Rate applies to passengers aged 3+. Infants aged 0–2 may travel free of charge
  • Infant seats are available on request for a fee. Surcharge from FJD15 per seat, per way applies. Please request at time of booking
  • Rates may be subject to change depending on additional governmental taxes or fees

Terms & Conditions:

  • Rates are per person and are valid for one-way transfers
  • Valid for transfers to and/or from Nadi International Airport (NAN) only
  • Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer and no refund is applicable. If there are changes to your flights, please advise ahead of time with as much notice as possible
  • Luggage restrictions:
    • One large suitcase and one carry on size bag per person
    • Any excess luggage such as surfboards, golf bags, wheelchairs are subject to an additional fee per piece of excess luggage
  • Vehicle is subject to change depending on availability without notice. The appropriate vehicle type will be allocated based on number of passengers
  • Transfer is not confirmed until you have provided the above information in How to Redeem to the provider at least 72 hours in advance of flight arrival
