• Available every day: Queenstown to Milford departures at 9.30am and 11.30am; Milford to Queenstown departures at 12.30pm and 3.30pm
  • Additional departure times are available on request, subject to availability, minimum numbers and flight conditions: Queenstown to Milford departures at 1.30pm and 4pm, and Milford to Queenstown departures at 10.30am and 5.30pm
• Please arrive at your departure location no less than one hour prior to flight
• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: One-way transfer to or from most centrally located Queenstown accommodation is available on request. Please advise of your location at the time of booking
• Valid for the flight path selected at the time of purchase – please make your selection carefully

• It is recommended you book your first available day in Queenstown/Milford due to the weather dependent nature of flying. Should the weather be unfavourable on the day, you will have maximum flexibility to roll your experience on to another day during your stay
• Flights are one-way only. For return flights, guests will need to purchase a separate flight
• Flight time is approximately 35 minutes
• All flights are subject to availability and weather. All passengers must receive a safety briefing prior to departure
• Passengers aged 2+ are legally required to occupy their own seat and are therefore required to pay full ticket price
• Subject to conditions, children under 2 may travel free of charge when seated on a parent’s/guardian’s lap with a safety restraint. Please note of any infants at time of booking

• Flights are subject to weather conditions and minimum numbers to proceed. In the event of a cancellation by Air Milford the team will work to reschedule your flight. Air Milford reserves the right to amend tour times or cancel trips at any time due to inclement weather, safety concerns, maintenance requirements, or any other reason.
