• Up to 7 days after purchase - 100%
• Cancellations received more than 14 days prior to departure are fully refunded
• If you cancel within the 14 day period your tickets are non-refundable, if you cancel outside this time frame, you will receive a full refund

Changes to Booking 14 days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Please be aware that the new full-day map from Sunday to Friday only has one return to town at 4.55pm.
• If you require an earlier departure, the bus returns to Arrowtown twice in the afternoon, and you can catch the public bus from there

Important:

• Bookings essential and subject to availability
• Please be at your pick-up stop five minutes prior to the departure time
• Hop-on Hop-off Wine Tours does not take any responsibility for lateness
• Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
• It is recommended guests select no more than three stops
• Wristband and a map of the stops will be provided on the day with the allocated timetable
• Opening times vary per winery and brewery
• Please have a close look at all the stops as a lot will require seperate bookings in advance
• The tour will run for approximately five hours and is self-guided
• Hotel pick-up or drop-off is not included in this tour
• Gratuities are not included in this tour
• Alcohol cannot be consumed whilst on the bus
• The removal of the offending passenger in the event of intoxication or disrespectful behaviour may occur
• A fine will be charged for any spillage or soiling the bus ($200) payable directly to Hop-On Hop-Off Wine Tours
• You must be over the legal drinking age of (18+) to consume alcohol
• You may be asked to produce a Government-issued ID to prove your age
• A child’s tickets can be purchased for those under 13 years
• Due to staffing restrictions at wineries and increased demand, if you are travelling on Saturday or Sunday, it is recommended you book all your stops

• Hop-On Hop-Off Wine Tours cannot be held accountable for any tour cancellations or changes caused by weather conditions, road hazards, vehicle malfunctions, or other unexpected circumstances that may impede the scheduled tour. Hop-On Hop-Off Wine Tours retains the right to cancel or alter any trip due to uncontrollable factors, including but not limited to weather conditions, mechanical issues, as well as limited or unavailable parking on-site
