- Please note, lunch is not included in the full day tour. Guests will have 1.5 hours of free time in Queenstown between the morning and afternoon sections of the tour to purchase lunch at their own expense
- Pick-up from an alternate location may be possible for an additional charge, please contact Trails of Middle Earth directly on 03 428 2192 to arrange
- For the half-day tour children aged 3–5 must have a child seat. This can be added for a surcharge from NZ$50 or guests can supply their own
- Unfortunately, tours are not suitable for those with a wheelchair
- There is some walking involved in this tour on dirt tracks and the like – please wear suitable shoes
- If you are bringing young children on this trip, please bring something to occupy them, like an iPad, just in case they are not as into the tour as you might be
Terms & Conditions:
- Children aged under 15 years old must be accompanied by a parent/guardian (18+)
- Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
- All guests must be aged 5+ to participate in the full-day tour. Guests must be aged 3+ to participate in the half-day tour
- Trails of Middle Earth reserves the right to cancel tours for (but not limited to) the following reasons: bad weather conditions, lack of participants, unsuitability of guests due to age, injury, intoxication, poor fitness or other ailments, or any other circumstances beyond reasonable control
- All activities have elements of risk and all guests undertaking any activity do so voluntarily and at their own risk. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, all warranties, representations and implied terms are also excluded
- Morning and afternoon tour itineraries are interchangeable and may be switched due to availability or weather conditions
- Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues
