• Concession rates are valid for holders of an Australian Concession Card, card membership numbers must be quoted at time of booking and provided upon request at check-in
• Child rate applies for children aged 4–12. Children aged 3 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Tour duration may be shortened due to inclement or extreme weather. Sunset and star gazing cannot be guaranteed due to bad weather, and exact viewing times will change due to seasonal variations
• Pinnacle Travel Group cannot be held accountable for any tour cancellations or changes caused by weather conditions, road hazards, vehicle malfunctions, or other unexpected circumstances that may impede the scheduled tour. Pinnacle Travel Group retains the right to cancel or alter any trip due to uncontrollable factors, including but not limited to weather conditions, mechanical issues, as well as limited or unavailable parking on-site
• Tours require minimum passenger numbers to operate. In circumstances where minimum numbers are not reached, an alternative may be offered, or a smaller vehicle may be used
