Important:
- Please allow up to five hours for this entire experience, including up to 2.5 hours for zipline, two hours for rafting portion and travel time between locations
- Rotorua Ziplines provides all safety gear
- All zipliners will need to be able to walk about 400m through the forest on the boardwalks
- Unfortunately, those who are pregnant or those with certain medical conditions are not able to participate. If you have any medical conditions that may affect your ziplining, please call Rotorua Ziplines to discuss prior to purchase
- There are free lockers and changing rooms available
- Food, drinks and hotel transfers are not included
- Experience is not required for white water rafting activity

- Rotorua Ziplines reserves the right to cancel or amend a trip due to extreme weather or wind conditions or unforeseen circumstances at any stage. In this case, guests are given an option to rebook or receive a full refund. Refunds are granted solely at the discretion of Rotorua Ziplines
- Ziplining will proceed rain or shine – please dress appropriately
- White water rafting is subject to weather and river conditions and may be cancelled or amended without notice for passenger and staff safety

- Participants under 15 must have a guardian aged 18+ accompany them
- Maximum weight limit of 130kg applies
