Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

• Up to 1 day before your chosen date - 100%
• Up to 7 days after purchase - 100%
• Flight cancellations require a minimum notification period of 24 hours prior to departure
• Cancellation notice of 24 hours is required for a full refund claim
• No refund applies if booking is cancelled within 24 hours

Changes to booking

• A minimum of 24 hours is required to change a booking you have made

Availability:

• Available every day: 9.00am or 11.30am (subject to change)
• Pick-Up/Departure Points: Pick-up available from central Queenstown hotels (must be booked in advance). Flights depart Queenstown Airport
  • Complimentary pick-ups start approximately 50 minutes before departure time. Confirmation of your pick-up time is provided following booking confirmation
• Check-in is required at Queenstown Airport in the main terminal 30 minutes hour before departure
• Self-Drive: Check-in time if you are self-driving to Queenstown Airport is 30 minutes prior. Free parking at Queenstown Airport is not available. Terminal Parking A is the closest parking to check-in and costs up to NZ$20 for the day (*rates may change without notice). For the closest free on-street parking, please head to Douglas Street or McBride Street

Important:

• This is a half-day experience, from check-in 30 minutes before departure, to landing back at Queenstown Airport. If you have plans immediately after your experience, please let Glenorchy Air know in advance
• Guests will have up to two hours of unguided free time at Milford Sound. Activities are not included
• Infants aged 0–2 are permitted on board for free and must weigh less than 15kgs
• Infants over 15kgs must occupy their own seat and must purchase a child ticket
• The Pilot in Command will determine the seating of passengers based on the weight and balance restrictions of that specific aircraft
• Food and drinks are not included
• Dangerous goods cannot be carried in your baggage. Please see here for dangerous goods list

Terms and Conditions:

• Weight restrictions apply. Passengers over 140kgs must notify Glenorchy Air prior to departure. Should your actual weight at the time of check-in exceed 15kg over your declared weight, your booking may need to be rescheduled due to weight and balance limits
• Given alpine flying conditions, Glenorchy Air reserves the right to alter the flight paths, and activity durations or cancel flights and activities due to weather and safety considerations. Alternative road transport will be arranged if necessary
• Should a flight be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, it may be rescheduled depending on the passenger’s schedule and flight availability

• Bookings for this offer are limited and subject to availability. Not valid with any other offer
• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
