Cancellations:

• Cancellations made up to 7 days or more before reservation date: 10% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours before reservation date: 50% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations within 24 hours of reservation date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• 48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
