Availability:

• Available every day on request: Departs at 10am; returns at 5.30pm (*times vary according to pick-up location)
• Not valid: Public holidays
• Pick-up/Drop-off: Return vehicle transfers are included from selected Melbourne CBD accommodations. Please advise of your location at time of booking
• Please ensure you are at your pick-up location no later than the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
• Bookings valid to 31 March 2025

Important:

• Exclusions: Drinks at lunch, additional food and add-on experiences, and optional gratuities
• Bookings are subject to availability
• Set menu restrictions apply. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to the vendor(s)

Terms & Conditions:

• Children aged under 18 must be accompanied by a supervising parent/adult guardian aged 18+
• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. All venues abides by the RSA regulations and has the right to enforce them
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards, availability or mechanical issues
• Partial refunds do not apply if any tour components were possible but guests choose not to proceed, or were ineligible due to failure to meet requirements
• All passengers are to abide by all instructions given to you before and during the tour by your guide. The tour can be terminated, or your right to participate in the tour, in the event that you fail to comply with any such instructions that your behaviour disrupts the tour or threatens the safety of its participants. You will not be entitled to a refund

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made within 8–14 days of departure date: 20% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations made within 3–7 days of departure date: 50% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations within 72 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• Minimum 7 days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made and is subject to availability. Rescheduling is at the discretion of Great Private Tours. They will always try to reschedule if dates allow

• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
