- Hotel and ferry transfers are not included. Participants must make their own way to Rottnest Island prior to boarding. Please allow 45–90 minutes for your transfers to Rottnest Island, depending on your departure point.
- This tour is not recommended for children under 12 years. Children under 5 years are not permitted
- At least 72 hours’ notice is required for any special requirements. Notification of food intolerances on the day is unlikely to be able to be accommodated, as logistics are planned in advance
- No smoking is permitted onboard or on the departure jetty
- This tour travels into open waters, which may be choppy at times; taking motion sickness tablets is recommended
- Please wear appropriate sun protection, including hat, sunglasses, sunscreen

- Guests must be able to manage an angled boarding ramp with handrails, ladder-style staircase with handrails to access the upper deck, and a narrow walkway with guardrails to access the bow. As the vessel is on open ocean, guests must be able to stay upright on moving water (cruises do not proceed in unsafe conditions, but passing vessels can cause wake).
