Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

• Up to 3 days before your chosen date - 100%
• Up to 7 days after purchase - 100%
• Cancel bookings up to 72 hours before tour date to receive a full refund
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of tour date, late arrivals and no-shows incur a 100% cancellation fee

Important:

• Exclusions: Food, drinks, merchandise at gift shop, transport and event tickets
• E-tickets will not be accepted, you must present a printed voucher at Emirates Stadium
• Dressing rooms cannot be visited the day before a home match
• Audio guides are available in English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Norwegian, Mandarin, Thai, Japanese, Indonesian, and Arabic. Available with BSL - British Sign Language
• The Arsenal Museum closes 30 minutes after the Stadium Tours

• All tours are subject to cancellation at short notice (on rare occasions less than 24 hours notice). Under these circumstances Arsenal Football Club will try to offer alternative dates or if this is not feasible, a refund
• Golden Tours cannot be held accountable for any tour cancellations or changes caused by weather conditions, road hazards, vehicle malfunctions, or other unexpected circumstances that may impede the scheduled tour. Golden Tours retains the right to cancel or alter any trip due to uncontrollable factors, including but not limited to weather conditions, mechanical issues, as well as limited or unavailable parking on-site
• Children under the age of 5 are free of charge but the stadium must be notified if a child is in the party at time of booking
