- Tickets are allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis. Advanced bookings are essential. Same-day bookings cannot be accommodated
- Infants aged 0–2 may attend for free. All children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult (18+) at all times

- Disabled policy: The standard price applies with one free carer
