• Please check in at least 30 minutes prior to your cruise departure time. Boarding commences 15 minutes prior to cruise departure time
• Free parking is available onsite – please park in the designated parking area, which is located behind a large sign ‘The Home of Lady Musgrave Experience’ in a gravel car park. Please do not park in the Marina Car Park, as this is a shared parking area with other businesses
• During busy periods such as school holidays and weekends, please allow extra time for parking at your departure location
• Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
• Please advise of dietary requirements and menu preference at time of booking
• This tour travels into open waters, which may be choppy at times; taking motion sickness tablets is recommended
• Bookings are limited and subject to availability. Please book early to avoid disappointment
• Soft drinks, juices and alcoholic beverages are available for purchase from the licensed bar onboard, payable directly to Lady Musgrave Experience

Terms & Conditions:

• Student and concession rates are valid for holders of an Australian Concession or Student card that must be presented at check-in
• Child rate applies for children aged 4–14. Children aged 3 and under are considered to be infants and travel on a reduced rate. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian aged 18+
• Wildlife sightings are very likely but cannot be guaranteed
• Cruises are weather dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled at the discretion of Lady Musgrave Experience for passenger and crew safety
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Scuba Diving: Guests must aged 12+ to scuba dive, pass the required medical questionnaire and participate in a 30-minute dive introduction
• Vessel is subject to change depending on availability
• Late arrivals and no-shows void offer

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before experience date: 5% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before experience date: 50% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations within 24 hours of experience date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

• 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
