• Dietary requirements: Most à la carte menus in the public restaurant contain vegetarian and gluten-free options. Requests made for specialty diets, substitutions and modifications of menus for public cruises will be politely declined

• Please allow up to 1.5 hours for this experience for one-circuit cruise, and up to four hours for a two-circuit cruise
• Wheelchair access: The entrance level deck on Sydney 2000 (Ocean Deck), Captain Cook 3 (Main Deck) and The Jackson (Main Deck) are wheelchair accessible with a wheelchair accessible bathroom. Starship Sydney and Starship Aqua are not suitable for wheelchairs
• Dress code: Smart casual

Terms & Conditions:

• Cruises operate in sheltered waters, regardless of weather. Cruises may be cancelled at the discretion of Captain Cook Cruises for passenger and crew safety during inclement weather conditions
• Child policy: Children under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+. Child rate applies for children aged 4–15. Children aged three and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking
• Itinerary is subject to change without notice depending on weather and sailing conditions
• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request
• Vessel is subject to change depending on availability

Cancellations:

• For bookings with less than 10 guests: Cancellations notified less than 24 hours prior to travel incur a 100% cancellation fee
• For bookings with 10 or more guests: Cancellations notified less than 7 days prior to travel incur a 100% cancellation fee
• Refunds are not available once travel has commenced

Changes to Booking:

• For bookings with less than 10 guests: One date change is permitted up to 24 hours prior to travel with any difference in the fare payable by the customer. Additional date changes incur a per person non-refundable fee from A$20
• For booking with 10 or more guests: One date change is permitted up to 7 days prior to travel, with any difference in the fare payable by the customer. Additional date changes incur a per person non-refundable fee from A$20
