Important:

• Exclusions: Food and drinks not listed in the inclusions, transfers and accommodation
• You are required to arrive at departure location at least 10 minutes prior to your cruise departure time, late arrival will result in a shortened cruise duration. Non-arrival for a scheduled booking will be treated as a cancellation.
• Any additional purchases at the venue must be paid directly to Gold Coast Gondolas
• Dietary requirements can be accommodated with minimum 24 hours prior notice. Please advise at the time of booking

• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption
• Gold Coast Gondolas incorporates a fixed weatherproof cabin with curtains and clear panels which can be set to cater for most weather conditions. They monitor the local weather radar and should a potential weather problem be current they will contact you in good time. In the unlikely event that a cruise is cancelled to extreme weather conditions, you will have the option to reschedule your cruise or receive a full refund

Cancellation:

• Cruises cancelled outside of 48 hours have the choice of a partial refund less a 10% cancellation fee off the total amount or a gift voucher for the full amount paid
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• 48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
