- If self-driving, please arrive at the check-in point at least 15 minutes prior to flight

- Valid for the flight path selected at the time of purchase – please make your selection carefully
- Please note: In the winter months (June – August), the Earnslaw Burn does not have as many fast-flowing waterfalls compared to the spring and summer months (September – March). It is still a stunning and magical location to visit during winter, as there is usually extra snow coverage on the glacier and throughout the valley
- Heliworks Queenstown has wheelchairs specifically designed to suit helicopters and the team is trained to assist passengers with mobility needs. Please advise any mobility requirements at the time of booking
- Minimum of two passengers required for all packages and tours
- All tours are subject to availability and weather. All passengers must receive a safety briefing prior to departure
- Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying parent/adult guardian (18+)
- For infants under one year, Heliworks Queenstown asks that you first speak with a GP, as the altitude/elevation can affect very young ears
- This is a shared tour, meaning you will likely share your flight with other guests
Terms & Conditions:
- A fuel surcharge may apply to the ticket price. In such cases, any charge will be collected on departure, payable directly to Heliworks Queenstown. No fuel surcharge is presently applicable
- Advertised times away, flight and landing times are approximate and can be subject to weather conditions. On occasion, flight paths and landing locations may change at the pilot’s discretion
- Tours and aircraft substitutions are subject to Management and/or pilot discretion, weather, air-traffic control and availability. In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations
- For the purpose of aircraft weight and balance and in accordance with the Civil Aviation Authority rules and regulations, Heliworks Queenstown requires all passenger weights at the time of booking. Once they have received and reviewed this information, they will be able to confirm the booking
- Reservations are held only when weights are received and full passenger details provided
- Heliworks Queenstown will not be liable for any loss, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience arising from, or incidental to, any delay in service. Heliworks Queenstown works in conjunction with other tour operators and is not liable for their acts or omissions, whether negligent or otherwise. Travel and admissions will be subject to the conditions imposed by the operators, which may limit or exclude liability for personal injury or property damage
- In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations. Please note, if half the paid tour was possible, the component not experienced will be refunded, not both

Cancellations:
- Any cancellations made within 24 hours of departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee
- If a passenger is a ‘no-show’ for a flight, 100% of the fare will apply
- If Heliworks Queenstown cannot operate due to weather and as a result, passengers are unable to fly, no cancellation fees will apply
Changes to Bookings:
- 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
