• Minimum number of guests for this experience is two. Maximum number of guests per booking is four
• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. Dinner in the Sky Phuket abides by local regulations and has the right to enforce them
• Maximum sitting time per booking is one-hour
• Maximum group size per table is four people
• Offer cannot be combined with other table bookings, discounts or promotional offers
• Guests should specify their choice of ‘Cocktails’ or ‘Dinner’ package in the comments at time of purchase
• Cocktails are from a set menu
• This experience is not suitable for children under 13. If a guest is under 18 years of age, the presence and signature of parents/guardians who are 18 years of age or older on the liability waiver form are required
• Minimum height of 145cm tall applies for all guests

• While Dinner in the Sky Phuket will do its best to accommodate your needs, it cannot guarantee that participating chefs or restaurants can avoid common allergens such as nuts, dairy or gluten. • Dinner in the Sky Phuket accepts no liability for issues arising from dietary restrictions or allergies.
• It is recommended that you arrive at least one-hour before your session. If you are late and the platform is already elevated, the platform will not be lowered and your seat will be automatically canceled, with no refund provided.
• You voluntarily assume all risks and hazards associated with the event, whether before, during, or after the event, including death, personal injury, damage, or liability.
• When purchasing an event ticket, customers have the option to purchase additional weather insurance. The cost of weather insurance is as follows: THB300 for half-hour sessions, THB500 for one-hour sessions
• Please note that at a height of 50 metres, the wind can be stronger and the temperature may be lower than usual. After the platform is raised, the organiser will not lower it for you if you request a change of clothing or footwear
