Important:

• Minimum two people required for tour booking to proceed. Maximum group size of four people applies

• Smart casual dress code is applicable for Burj Al Arab restaurants – no shorts, flip-flops, torn jeans, sleeveless shirts, or sneakers. The restaurant reserves the right to deny entry without refund
• Children must be supervised by a parent or legal adult guardian at all times. Children under 2 may attend – please advise at the time of booking

• The tours are offered in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Czech and Polish languages. Other languages are available upon request, subject to availability. Extra charges may apply
• Tour duration is indicative and approximate. The total duration will depend on the traffic conditions and other factors such as free time at leisure and/or lunch/dinner (own expense)
• Conservative dress code is applicable for Abu Dhabi city tour to enter The Grand Mosque. It is the responsibility of the agent to advise the correct dress code to their guests. The Grand Mosque security has the right to deny entry to guests who do not adhere to the dress code and the operator will not extend any partial or full refund for the tour due to the above
• The rates may change during Festive season – Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year, and the Holy month of Ramadan
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Desert Gate cannot be held accountable for any tour cancellations or changes caused by weather conditions, road hazards, vehicle malfunctions, or other unexpected circumstances that may impede the scheduled tour. Desert Gate retains the right to cancel or alter any trip due to uncontrollable factors, including but not limited to weather conditions, mechanical issues, as well as limited or unavailable parking on-site
