- Bookings are essential at least 24 hours in advance. Should Outback Aussie Tours need to contact you regarding your reservation, they will do so via the email/phone number you have supplied upon making your booking

- Pick-up/drop-off point: Outback Aussie Tours will arrange pick-up from your Longreach accommodation. Please advise accommodation location at time of booking

- Tour duration: Approximately 4.5 hours including transfers
- Child rate applies to ages 4–14 years
- Adult rate applies to ages 15+ years
- Infants under may enter free of charge but must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult. No meal included for infants
- Fitness level: Low – minimal walking with some wheelchair/wheelie-walker accessible facilities. Please note a carer is essential should guests have mobility concerns with any facilities on tour or boarding the coach
Cancellations and change of bookings:
Cancellation fees applies to bookings made as per below cancellation schedule:
- 60 days and over: 10% of tour fare
- 59-46 days: 50% of tour fare
- 45-30 days: 75% of tour fare
- Under 30 days: 100% of tour fare

- Cruises are weather dependent and may be cancelled at the discretion of Outback Aussie Tours for passenger and crew safety
- Itinerary is subject to change without notice depending on weather and river conditions
- Departure dates vary by season:
- 4–14 April: Select dates (4, 6, 7, 10 & 11 April)
- 15–30 April: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
- 1 May–15 June: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
- All dates subject to availability and minimum numbers
- Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption from licensed bar and provide valid ID upon request. Outback Aussie Tours abides by RSA regulations and has the right to enforce them

- Guests must declare any pre-existing injuries or mobility concerns that may affect participation
