• Please check in at least 30 minutes prior to your cruise departure time. Boarding commences 15 minutes prior to cruise departure time
• During busy periods such as school holidays and weekends, please allow extra time for parking at your departure location

• Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
• This tour travels into open waters, which may be choppy at times; taking motion sickness tablets is recommended

Terms & Conditions:

• Concession rates are valid for holders of an Australian Concession card that must be presented at check-in
• Child rate applies for children aged 8–14. Children aged 4 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian aged 18+
• Wildlife sightings are likely but cannot be guaranteed
• Cruises are weather dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled at the discretion of Blue Dolphin Marine Tours for passenger and crew safety
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Vessel is subject to change depending on availability
• Late arrivals and no-shows void offer

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations require a minimum notification period of 48 hours prior to departure
• Cancellation notice of 48 hours is required for a full refund claim and 24–48 hours for a 50% refund
• No refund applies if booking is cancelled within 24 hours

Changes to Booking

• 48 hours notice is required to change a booking you have made

• The catamaran is designed to provide a stable ride, and does not go out into open ocean waters, but depending on the sea conditions you may experience motion sickness
• There are shaded seating areas from the sun
• There is fre all-day parking available at the Great Sandy Strait Marina
