- All cancellations of confirmed bookings will incur a 5% cancellation fee
- Cancellations recieved within 24 hours of departure date incur a 100% cancellation fee

- Flights require a minimum booking of two people (2+) to go proceed
- Aircraft type is dependent on availability, landing facilities and tour group numbers
- Persons aged 2+ shall be charged the standard fare. Infants under 2 are free when seated on a parent’s lap (lap safety belts provided)
- Unless stated, all tours include ground tour, destination transfers and entry fee charges
- Hotel transfers and meals are not included
- Any excess amount is payable directly to Kookaburra Air
