• Insurance: Personal Travel Insurance is strongly recommended and encouraged for all tours, to cover loss of deposit, airfares, accommodation charges, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property and repatriation expenses. The insurance policy should also cover loss arising from the passenger’s inability to travel due to any reason whatsoever. Please note that it is the passenger’s own responsibility to arrange insurance

Terms & Conditions:

• Child policy: Children must be aged 4+ to participate in this experience. This tour is not suitable for children under 4. All children under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a paying parent or legal adult guardian at all times
• Minimum three people required to book. Note that all children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult aged 18+
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Partial refunds do not apply if any tour components were possible but guests choose not to proceed, or were ineligible due to failure to meet requirements
• Must be aged 18+ to consume alcohol and provide valid ID upon request
• Guests must not commence the tour if they are unfit or become unfit to participate in the tour by reason of ill health or injury
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues. Considerable care has been taken to compile the information above, but circumstances may necessitate changes

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before departure date: 25% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before departure date: 50% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations made between 7 and 15 days before departure date: 75% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations within 7 days of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• 60 days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made, subject to availability. Fees may apply for date changes

• Maximum purchase limit of two child tickets and three adult tickets apply per customer
