• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 1 day before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

• Price is per person for passengers aged between 3 and 99 years old. Minimum fare of two people is required to complete your booking
• No child prices apply. Infants aged 0–2 years old are free of charge and will be secured on the lap of a fare-paying passenger

• Please check in at 73 Grays Road, Christchurch, 15 minutes prior to your departure time
