• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 1 day before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Please carry any medication that you may require and advise pilot of any medical condition that may require their help
• Please wear warm clothing, covered shoes, jacket, sunglasses, sunscreen

• Children (3-11) are the same price as adults
• Infants (0–2) years old are free of charge and will be secured on the lap of a fare paying passenger
• Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to departure for check-in
• Please call GCH Aviation on +64 3 3584 360 or 0800 359 424 at least 24 hours prior to departure to check the weather conditions, reconfirm booking and departure time. This allows time for flight adjustments should the weather be looking unfavourable
• Alcohol may only be consumed or purchase by persons 18+. ID must be carried and produced if requested. Please be responsible with your consumption as intoxicated guests may be refused carriage if deemed unsafe by the pilot in command
