Wander through the vivid sea enclosures through the aquarium, then meet your passionate guide who will take you on an unforgettable back-of-house tour into the Cairns Turtle Rehabilitation Centre. You’ll see the inner workings of the aquarium, say hello to the amazing animals in their care, and see all the conservation, breeding and research that happens. Top off your visit with an exciting one-of-a-kind experience with the gentle Cownose Rays as they feed from your hand!

Itinerary
- 11.30am: Self-guided entry through Aquarium
- 12.45pm: Meet with your guide, a passionate wildlife educator
- 1pm: Handfeed the Cownose Sting Rays with the curatorial team
- 1.30pm: Behind the Scenes guided tour, feed the giant Freshwater species and visit the Cairns Turtle Hospital
- 2.30pm: Tour concludes

- NO Flash Photography and no touching the sea turtles, as this may harm their recovery
- Lifts, escalators and accessible toilets throughout the attraction
- If you are unable to walk onto the viewing deck, you can still see the turtles in the tank through a viewing window
- Free wheelchair hire is available
- Companion Cards are not accepted for this experience
