• Available every day: Departs 7.30am; returns 5.30pm (approximately)

• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Return transfers are available from accommodations in Cairns. Please advise of location at time of booking
• Please ensure you are at your pick-up location no later than the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

• Please allow up to 10 hours for this experience, including travel time

Terms & Conditions:

• Child ticket is valid for guests aged 2–11. Children under 2 may attend free of charge but must sit on their parent’s lap while in the bus and no meal is provided
• All children under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a paying parent/adult guardian (18+)
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues
• Optional stops are time dependant and at the discretion of the driver on the day
• Late arrivals and no shows void voucher

Cancellations:

Cancellations made up to 48 hours before departure date: no cancellation fee applies

Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before departure date: 50% cancellation fee applies

Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made, subject to availability
