• Available: Monday, Wednesday & Friday: Departs from 6.30am; returns from 6.30pm (times vary according pick-up point)
• Not valid: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. Unavailable during Ironman event and selected public holidays: Good Friday, Christmas Day and New Years’ Day
• Pick-up/Drop-off Point: Return transfers available from Cairns city hotels. Please advise of your hotel location at time of booking
• Please reconfirm your tour 24–48 hours prior to travel with reservations. This is to reconfirm your pick-up location and any special dietary requirements
• Please ensure you are on time for your hotel pickup. If you are not on time, you may miss your pickup which will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Please note all times are approximate
• Bookings valid to 31 March 2025

Important:

• Exclusions: Drinks, additional food. Transfers from Port Douglas & Northern Beaches are not included but can be booked directly with Billy Tea Safaris for an additional surcharge
• Infants (0–3) may travel for free - please advise at time of booking. Children aged 4+ must have a valid ticket to travel
• Billy Tea Safaris will provide baby seats or booster seat for all children up to age 7. Please advise at time of booking
• Any excess amount and additional transfer fees are payable directly to Billy Tea Safaris
• Please advise of your dietary requirements at time of booking
• Prams and strollers are not permitted into the caves, so the children will need to be able to walk or you will need to carry them
• Unfortunately due to the narrow passages, steps and elevated platforms of the Chillagoe Caves, this tour is not suitable for wheelchair or walking disabilities
• Guests will need to be reasonably fit as there are stairs, and some uneven ground and will take an hour to walk through the cave system at a slow pace

• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Itineraries are also subject to change, modification and some destinations may not be reached at the discretion of the Billy Tea Safaris guide on the day due to weather conditions, road conditions, possible road closures, and the safety of all passengers
• Billy Tea Safaris will not be liable for any loss, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience arising from, or incidental to, any delay in service. Billy Tea Safaris works in conjunction with other tour operators and is not liable for their acts or omissions, whether negligent or otherwise. Travel and admissions will be subject to the conditions imposed by the operators, which may limit or exclude liability for personal injury or property damage

Cancellations:

• Cancellations may be made up to 18 hours before travel for a full refund (2pm prior to travel)
• Cancellations made within the 18-hour period, late arrivals and no-shows: no refund will be issued
• Rebooking fees of $50 may apply

Changes to Booking:

• 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
• Rebooking fees of $50 may apply
