• Pick-up from Sanur or Ubud and drop-off to other areas (Kuta, Seminyak, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran) will have an additional charge from IDR 100,000 per car, payable directly to Bali Zoo
• Guests who choose to stay longer than the scheduled drop-off time will be charged a late return fee from IDR50,000 per hour, payable directly to Bali Zoo
• Please note, if the booking exceeds 20 people, a buffet lunch will be served
• Please allow up to 7.5 hours for this experience, including travel time

• For safety reasons, a minimum height requirement of 120cm applies. Children under 120cm tall are not permitted to enter the mud fun area
