• This is a shared tour, meaning you will likely share your ride with other guests
• Infants aged (0–4) are not permitted to travel on adult laps and must be safely restrained within a child protective seat. Infant protective seats are free of charge and must be requested at the time of booking
• Please notify Autopia Tours of any medical conditions and your travelling contact number at the time of booking
• Autopia ask that guests travelling on day trips bring small day packs and hand luggage only there is limited storage onboard the vehicles
• Audio Translations for guests are provided, passengers can download the app application and access all available translations for the full-day Phillip Island Tour. The following language translations are available: Mandarin, Cantonese, Portuguese, Spanish, Korean, Japanese, Italian, German, French and Dutch
• Please allow up to 9.5 hours for the duration of this tour, including travel time

• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues
• Partial refunds do not apply if any tour components were possible but guests choose not to proceed, or were ineligible due to failure to meet requirements
• No photography or filming is permitted at the Penguin Parade. Penguins have sensitive eyes and a bright, sudden flash or unusual light can frighten or disorientate a penguin

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made more than 8 before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations made between 2–7 days before departure date: 50% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
• All cancellations need to be made in writing to bookings@gltg.com.au

Changes to Booking:

• 7 days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
• All requests to change a booking need to be made in writing to bookings@gltg.com.au
