  • Refund of the balance paid by you in connection to your booking, less any unrecoverable costs

Cancellations within two days or 48 hours prior to departure, no shows or late arrivals:

  • 100% cancellation fee applies

If the vendor cancels your trip, they can offer you a choice of:

(a) a 100% reimbursement of monies paid for your trip

(b) transfer amounts paid to an alternative departure date or tour operated by GLT

(c) issued with a credit travel voucher to the amount paid for your trip, valid for 3-years

If a trip is cancelled due to a ‘Force Majeure Event’, they can offer you a choice of:
