• Check-in time is 15–20 minutes before your departure. Please leave ample time for parking. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

Important:

• Infants under the age of one may sit on their parents lap and are free of charge. Please note infants must be booked to ensure capacity is not breached
• Aquaduck doesn’t have toilets on board - please go before checking in
• Please note there is no luggage/pram/stroller storage on the duck
• Tours continue to operate during wet weather conditions as vessel is fully covered
• Unfortunately, the Aquaduck vessel is not wheelchair accessible
• No eating or drinking (except water bottles) is permitted on board the vessel
• Concession price is valid for seniors aged 65+ or full time secondary or tertiary students with valid student ID only

Terms & Conditions:

• All tours depart on time and do not wait for passengers. If you are late, you will forfeit your ticket. No refunds will be provided
• Cancellations are not permitted for this experience
• Abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in a 100% cancellation fee

Cancellations:

• This experience is non-refundable

Changes to booking:

• 48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
