• Please arrive at your departure location no less than 30 minutes prior to flight

• Exclusions: Meals, drinks and transfers. Guests must make their own way to and from departure point
• Please note: Minimum of two passengers required for all packages and tours to proceed
• Set menu inclusions apply. Valid for dining at location only. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
• All tours are subject to availability and weather. All passengers must receive a safety briefing prior to departure
• South Australian Helicopters may capture photographs and videos during flights for promotional purposes. Passengers consent to the use of their likeness in such materials unless otherwise specified in writing

Terms & Conditions:

• Weight Restrictions: All passengers must adhere to weight restrictions as specified by South Australian Helicopters. The maximum seat weight limit on the Robinson R44 is 270kg. Failure to comply may result in refusal of service without a refund
• Please note: A fuel surcharge may apply to the ticket price. In such cases, any charge will be collected on departure, payable directly to South Australian Helicopters. No fuel surcharge is presently applicable
• Tours and aircraft substitutions are subject to management and/or pilot discretion, weather, air-traffic control and availability. In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations
• South Australian Helicopters is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death resulting from a passenger’s negligence, disregard of safety instructions, or failure to comply with these terms and conditions. They will not be liable for any loss, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience arising from, or incidental to, any delay in service
• Reservations are held only when weights are received and full passenger details provided
• Whilst it is the intention to deliver the itinerary of your choice, unforeseen circumstances such as the nature of the terrain, unseasonable weather, national park area closures and so on, travelling conditions may be affected and therefore, make it necessary to alter touring with little or no notice
• South Australian Helicopters reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger for safety, operational, or other reasons deemed appropriate by staff

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 72 hours of departure date: 50% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• 72 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Bookings for this offer are limited and subject to availability. Not valid with any other offer
• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
