• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before booking date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of booking date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Departure/Return Point: 464 Marine Parade, Biggera Waters, Queensland 4216 . Look out for the AUSTRALIAN KAYAKING ADVENTURES minivan and kayak trailer along Marine Parade
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no shows voids voucher

Important:

• Exclusions: Additional food and drink not mentioned and hotel transfers are not included
• All guests are required to sign a waiver before departure
• Tours are suitable for all levels of experience and require a low level of fitness
• Double kayaks are provided as a default. There will be one single kayak for odd numbers on the day if required
• Everyone on our tour must be wearing a life jacket. If you don’t know how to swim, please notify the tour guide and wear your life jacket at all times
• If you are 20 weeks pregnant, we don’t recommend coming on our tours. Please get a doctor’s advice before coming on our kayaking tours
• Please note, this tour takes place in a two-person Aqua II kayak. One-person kayaks may be available on request on the day of departure. Please ask Australian Kayaking Adventures staff upon arrival
• Please allow up to three hours for this experience, including travel time
• Wetsuits are available for rental at A$5 on the day of the experience, payable directly to the vendor(s)

Terms & Conditions:

• A weight limit of 110kg per per or 200kg per double kayak applies
• Child rate applies for children aged 6–16. Children aged 5 and under are not permitted
• Children 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult
• Wildlife sightings are likely but cannot be guaranteed
• Tours are subject to weather conditions
