Cancellations:
- SeaLink Rottnest Island will permit tickets to be transferred to another service provided 60 minutes notification is given prior to the scheduled departure printed on the issued ticket. The transfer can only be made if the service transferring to is within twelve months of the original purchase date. Notice must be given by phone or at a SeaLink Rottnest Island office location
- Changes or credit notes cannot be issued within 60 minutes of scheduled departure
- In the event of a ferry cancellation due to safety or vessel inoperability, passengers can choose from a full refund or a credit valid for travel on Sealink Rottnest Island within the next 12 months
Changes to Booking:
- One hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
