Getting to Bali is easy. Qantas, Garuda Indonesia, Jetstar, Air Asia, Virgin Australia, and more have flights departing daily from most Australian capital cities with an average flight time of six hours.
Flights depart regularly from major gateways including Singapore (approx flight time of three hours), Hong Kong (approx flight time of five hours), Dubai (approx flight time of nine hours) and Bangkok (approx flight time of four hours).
From the airport, please make your own way to Sanur Pier. From here, shared return boat transfers are included (approx. 30 mins each way).
Boat transfer will use D’Camel Fastboat and will be shares with other guests
Schedule: Lembongan to Sanur: 8.30 am, 12.30 pm, 4.00 pm
Sanur to Lembongan: 9.30 am 2.00 pm, 5.00 pm

Free cancellation: You can cancel your booking for Luxury Escapes credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your Luxury Escapes credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Please note this does not apply to insurance or flights booked with Luxury Escapes. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).
Tourist Fee: A one-time tourist fee must be paid on arrival at the pier. Adults (aged 12 years and over): IDR25,000 / Children (aged 5-11 years): IDR15,000. The fee does not apply to children under the age of five years.
Valid for travel until 31 December 2023 (bookings must be made before 31 October 2023).
Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 25 March 2020 and 14 March 2021, during which airports are closed and check-in and checkout at the resort is unavailable.

Surcharge: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night, applies for certain dates and is payable at time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar.
Check Availability: To confirm your dates of stay at purchase, click on ‘Check Availability’ and select your preferred package. Use the calendar to browse and select available dates. Dates with a surcharge are identified.
Buy Now Book Later: If you want to secure this offer and don’t know when you want to travel please select ‘Buy Now & Book Later’. This will secure your package and give you the flexibility to choose your travel dates - within the book by and validity period and subject to availability. To select dates post purchase, simply select ‘My Escapes’ under the ‘My Account’ tab and follow the prompts.
7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.
Feel Like Changing your Dates? No worries… You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Change of date not applicable when package is purchased with flights.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is three people. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ below:
Extra Guest Policy: An additional guest (aged 12 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of IDR350,000 per night, sleeping on an extra bed with accommodation and breakfast only. Payable directly to the resort.
Child Policy: One child (aged 11 years and under) may stay a surcharge of IDR250,000 per night, sleeping on an extra bed with accommodation and breakfast only. Payable directly to the resort.
Baby Policy: One infant (aged one year and under) may stay free of charge and will not count towards maximum room occupancy. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.
Transfers for extra guest: Transfers are free for children under the age of three years. Extra guests aged three years and above will be charged at IDR605 return.
A limited number of connecting rooms are available, subject to availability.
