Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
Packages are valid for two adults and two children.
Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and two children, three adults, or two adults and one child.
Please note: Extras guests can only be accommodated in certain room ‘elements’ in each room category and are subject to availability.
Extra Guest Policy: One additional guest (aged 12 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of THB3,000 per night, sleeping on a rollaway bed (subject to availability) with accommodation, breakfast and club access only. Payable directly to the hotel.
Child Policy: Up to two children (aged 11 years and under) may stay free of charge sleeping on a rollaway bed (subject to availability) with accommodation, breakfast and club access only.
Baby Policy: One baby (aged under two years) may stay free of charge and will count towards the maximum room capacity. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge, subject to availability.
Connecting rooms are available for SO Cozy and SO Comfy rooms only.
2pm late checkout is subject to availability.
THB1,000 per person, per day spa credit cannot be combined. Not accumulative. Any unused credit will be forfeited.
