Getting to Bali is easy. Regular flights are available with Qantas, Thai Airways, Singapore Airlines, Virgin and more, departing most Australian capital cities with an approximate flight time of six hours.

Flights depart regularly from major gateways including Singapore (approx flight time of 2.5 hours), Hong Kong (approx flight time of 5 hours), Dubai (approx flight time of 9 hours) and Bangkok (approx flight time of 4 hours).

The resort is approximately 25 minutes’ drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport (Denpasar).

Return airport transfers are included in your package.

Cancellation policy

Surcharge: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night, applies for certain dates and is payable at time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 25 March 2020 and 14 March 2021, during which airports are closed and check-in and check-out at the resort is unavailable.

Feel Like Changing your Dates? No worries… You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Deluxe Room / Deluxe Pool Access Room / One Bedroom Ocean View Suite - Packages are valid for two adults.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and two children or three adults and one baby. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ below:

Extra Guest Policy: An additional guest (aged 12 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of US$40 per night, sleeping on a day bed or rollaway bed with accommodation and breakfast only. Payable directly to the resort.

Child Policy: Up to two children (aged 11 years and under) may stay free of charge, sleeping on one day bed and one rollaway bed with accommodation and breakfast only.

Baby Policy: One infant (aged one year and under) may stay free of charge and will count towards maximum room occupancy. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.

One Bedroom Pool Villa - Packages are valid for two adults.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults.

Extra Guest Policy: No additional guests (of any age) can be accommodated.

Connecting rooms are available for Deluxe Rooms and Deluxe Pool Access Rooms only, subject to availability.

Please note: Child are permitted in The Bar Lounge, but the benefits (afternoon tea and cocktails) apply to adults only.
