Free cancellation: You can cancel your booking for Luxury Escapes credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your Luxury Escapes credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

- Please note that there are special request transfers available and must be pre-booked at least 45 days prior to arrival.
- From Cairns Reef Fleet Terminal: 10:30am (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday).
- From Green Island: 9.15am (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday).
