客室から瀬戸内海が見えて眺めが良かったです平和公園は徒歩圏内ですが繁華街はタクシーで1000円以下　歩いては厳しいかな従業員の教育も良く安心して滞在できると思います

I stayed here in March 2025. Take the streetcar from Hiroshima Station and get off at Fukuromachi. It was a few minutes walk. [Lobby] It's a little dark, has a calm atmosphere, and has a nice scent. [Room] Our room was an executive twin room with access to the lounge. Is it 53㎡? It's very relaxing. It's very bright with 3 windows and has 2 sofas. The entire room seemed to have been renovated and was very clean and functional. The bath salts in the amenities had a very nice scent and were soothing. [Lounge] The view was great! The two-tiered afternoon tea served from 3pm was very cute and delicious🍰🫖 I thought it would be nice if there were a little more food available for free. (Squid tempura and chocolate only) Cocktail time from 5:30pm was also pretty good. Everything was delicious! Sandwiches were only served once and my companion couldn't eat them. I wanted it to be replenished. Also, many lounges have sweets available during cocktail hour, so I thought it would be nice to have them available. Most of the seats by the window only accommodate 2 people, so I thought it would be nice if there were seats that could accommodate 3 or more people. [Breakfast] I ate at the buffet restaurant on the first floor, but it was very crowded and the staff were moving around in a hurry, so it didn't feel elegant. I usually have a leisurely breakfast, but I couldn't settle down and left right away. It was a little disappointing.

I felt this hotel missed the mark, the location is good for exploring Hiroshima and the beds are comfortable but the service is so-so. We had lounge access and went for the evening drinks, the champagne was flat and I was told off for taking a slice of cheese just before 5.30. We were given two ¥1000 vouchers to use in the shop so we went to get take out coffee and water but couldn't use them which was confusing. As the lounge was quite full in the evening we had breakfast downstairs in the resturant which was nice with a good selection.

If you can get a room with lounge access for a modest surcharge (it was just €30 in my case), that money goes a long way. This is an enormous and popular hotel, so the executive lounge proved the only way to avoid queuing and overcrowding at breakfast. It also offers a great view across the rooftops and a wide range of high-quality refreshments. The rooms are comfortable, well maintained and exhaustively equipped. There's no hiding their age but everything is in perfect working order. The gym is a branch of the Anytime Fitness chain which hotel guests can access for free by borrowing a key from the hotel reception. Due to its perennial overcrowding (even around midnight), it was not especially enjoyable to use. It was just too full to get a proper workout done and the queue for the shower/toilet was always long. The space is small, windowless, crowded and hard to orient yourself in. The team spoke especially good English and takes care of their guests with typically Japanese attentiveness and efficiency.
