Cancellations:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before an event, performance or tour may be made without penalty and a full refund will be given
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before travel but more than 7 days, will attract a 50% cancellation fee
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before travel will attract a 100% cancellation fee and no refund at the Tribal Warrior’s discretion. Tribal Warrior has the right to retain all deposits received up to the amount of the cancellation fee and invoices will be issued for any further amounts outstanding
Changes to Booking:
- 7 days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
Important:
- Exclusions: Drinks, additional food, hotel transfers
- Guests must provide your dietary requirements at time of booking. Tribal Warriors will do their best to accommodate your request, but it cannot be guaranteed
- All children must be accompanied by a supervising parent or adult guardian
- Cash bar and canteen available on board. Any additional personal expenses are payable directly to venue
- EFTPOS facilities available
- Please allow up to two hours for this experience, including boarding and disembarking time

- Vessel used during the cruise may be substituted without notice depending on availability
- Cruises are weather dependent and may be cancelled at the discretion of Tribal Warriors for crew and passenger safety
- Guests are required to bring a valid ID during the cruise. Alcoholic beverages for ages 18+ only. Strictly no BYO allowed
