Cancellations:
- Up to 20 days prior to the date of the booked service: no cancellation fees apply
- From 19 to 10 days prior to the date of the service: 25% cancellation fee applies
- From 9 to 5 days prior to the date of the service: 50% cancellation fee applies
- From 4 days until the day of the service, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
Changes to Booking:
- 48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
